Come and see why this calorie-blasting class is known as exercise in disguise!
Put a muscle-defining twist using maraca-like Zumba Toning sticks (or lightweight dumbbells up to 3lbs). This is a Zumba/Toning mix class featuring 3-4 songs using the Toning sticks or lightweight dumbbells. Each class will target specific muscle groups such as the arms, core, and lower body. This workout will have you shaking and grooving while sculpting your body!
